New menu in May at BJC BISTRO

 

Our new menu is arriving on the 11th of May!

 
 
Our bistro point-of-view is that we always use fresh, seasonal ingredients. Creativity is also important, which we have plenty of, just like the jazz musicians performing on our stage.
The designer of our new meals is once again Bendegúz Palágyi, who has already gained success with our winter menu.
Our beloved "standards", such as the homemade chips selection, won't disappear, but there will be new stars appearing with them.
Sunchoke cream soup, Csurgódomb grilled cheese salad, slowly cooked boar neck, rosé duck breast quiona with risotto, and tiramisu served in buckled jars are just a few of our new, exciting treats.
