GENERAL INFORMATION FOR OUR GUESTS
Dear Future Guest,
If you have not visited us before, we would like to briefly summarize the most important information about the Budapest Jazz Club, based on the most frequently asked questions from our guests.
In order to ensure a pleasant atmosphere and a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to read the following information carefully.
SUMMER OPENING HOURS
Table Reservations & Ticket Booking
► We can accept table reservations by phone for up to 10 guests. For larger groups, please contact us via e-mail at info@bjc.hu.
► Tables in the concert hall and concert tickets can be reserved by phone at +36 1 798 7289 until 7:00 PM on the day of the concert. Tickets reserved by phone will be held until 30 minutes before the performance starts.
► Table reservations are guaranteed for 15 minutes after the reserved time. In case of delay, please notify us by phone. Unoccupied seats and tables may be reassigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
► Separate payments / split bills are not available for groups larger than 4 guests.
Dining & Bistro Information
► Bistro reservations are generally available for a 2-hour period. If you would like to stay longer, please let us know in advance.
► Due to increased guest traffic on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, reservation times are handled more strictly. If available, additional seating may be offered in our Alerant Private Section.
► Our kitchen closes at 11:30 PM, therefore we kindly ask you to place your orders accordingly.
► If you would like to have dinner in our Bistro before the concert, we recommend arriving no later than 6:30 PM. If you have not purchased your tickets in advance, our staff will be happy to assist you.
► For guests who would like to enjoy drinks and snacks during the performance, we recommend reserving tables inside the concert hall.
Concerts & Jam Sessions
► Our concert hall is usually arranged with tables near the stage and rows of chairs in the back section of the hall. Occasionally, the entire hall may operate with theater-style seating only.
► Jam Sessions are free to attend; however, from Thursday to Saturday a minimum consumption applies:
⇒ Gallery area (where the musicians are also seated): HUF 5,000 / person
⇒ Side wings next to the gallery: HUF 4,000 / person
► For Jam Session reservations, tables can only be guaranteed until the reserved time, as the venue fills up quickly. Please arrive on time.
Cloakroom
When the cloakroom is open, its use is mandatory. Thank you for your understanding.

Our staff are available during the following hours:
► Tuesday–Friday: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM
► Monday and Saturday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Box Office
► On concert days: from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
(or one hour before the performance starts)
► Tickets are also available online via jegymester.hu.

Getting Here
If you are arriving by car and cannot find parking in the surrounding streets, additional parking spaces are often available on the lower embankment near Margaret Bridge on the Pest side.
We also recommend using public transportation to avoid parking difficulties.
Budapest Jazz Club is easily accessible via:
- Tram 2
- Trolleybus 75 and 76
- The 24-hour tram lines 4 and 6
