One evening with the greatest musical hits and domestic musical stars in the Budapest Jazz Club with a fantastic atmosphere - This is the RANDOM Musical Night!

The Budapest Jazz Club’s resident big band is composed of some of Hungary’s finest musicians and is led by trumpeter Dávid Csizmadia. In their upcoming concert, the ensemble will perform in a smaller, eight-piece lineup to pay tribute to the work of Harry Gold.

After last year's hugely successful concert, we cannot be without Desmond, who made his name and fame with the Dave Brubeck Quartet and that’s why people tend to overlook the wonderful music he made with the musically likeminded trumpeter, Chet Baker. This quintet made up from top musicians on the Hungarian jazz scene. 

After the successful weekend jam sessions, Budapest Jazz Club now welcomes everyone to the new Thursday jams!

The series, titled POV – 4 Perspectives, consists of four concerts that explore new layers of the Quartet’s upcoming album, POV: Perspectives of Verve. 

Each Wednesday, a different trio of talented young musicians is in charge of good vibes, and they welcome the audience to take part in their game.

These Wednesdays are random because the leader of the project, Barabás Lőrinc invites well-known characters of the contemporary Hungarian jazz scene to create something amazing in the form of a jam session.

Spontaneous & joyful open jam nights of The Liszt Academy of Music’s amazingly talented young musicians every Tuesday.

The band plays the famous melodies from the era of the ’20s, ’30s and ’40s.

The Italian jazz ensemble Urban Quartet embarks on its international tour “Live in European Conservatories”, combining concerts and masterclasses across Europe and showcasing their distinctive blend of traditional and contemporary jazz.

Since the audience is the judge of the match from the beginning to the end, no matter what language you speak, you will definitely enjoy this impro event.
