After the successful weekend jam sessions, Budapest Jazz Club now welcomes everyone to the new Thursday jams!

They are two friends who have played together in many bands, and decided to start their own project playing mainstream pop, jazz standards and their own songs.

Péter Pintér is a versatile Hungarian jazz pianist who graduated from the Jazz Department of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and composer Kálmán Oláh, among others.

Anything can happen on the weekend jam nights when the most popular Hungarian musicians create random formations and play true bebop to entertain the audience.

The band mostly plays standards of the ‚40s, ‚50s and ‚60s in a vibrant, youthful way, but also very stylishly.
