Arthritis Quartet

The band was founded in 2019 by Zoltán Pintér and Gábor Kollmann, inspired by their time spent playing in Aladár Pege’s ensemble. In 2022, the group released its highly successful album Breakthrough. The record features compositions by Zoltán Pintér, characterized by a rich variety of styles and rhythms both on the album and in live performances. A key narrative element is the accessible, popular sound, intended to spark listeners’ curiosity and draw them closer to the world of jazz. Since then, the material for a new album has been completed and is awaiting recording. In addition, several earlier, potentially hit worthy compositions will also be performed at the concert.
