ALERANT Jazz Night: Binder Trio
Károly Binder has consistently followed his own distinctive musical path since the late 1970s, one that had few precedents in Hungary at the time. His compositional world reflects both the influence of Béla Bartók’s oeuvre and the rich folk traditions of the Carpathian Basin. Alongside works by Bartók, the trio’s programme also features Binder’s own deeply lyrical, romantic compositions.
