The Budapest Jazz Club's house orchestra is made up of some of Hungary's finest musicians, led by trumpeter Dávid Csizmadia. At their next concert, they will play a smaller, eight-piece lineup from the American jazz saxophone octet of David Pell.
Dave Pell is an American jazz saxophonist and producer, known for his cool jazz octet of the 1950s. The octet's members included such renowned musicians as Pepper Adams, Benny Carter, Mel Lewis, Red Mitchell, Marty Paich, Art Pepper, and even John Williams.
