The Farkas Gábriel Band is bringing its long-standing tradition of thematic club concerts to the Budapest Jazz Club this autumn.
In October, the spotlight will be on one of the greatest American jazz legends, 17-time Grammy Award winner Tony Bennett, whose timeless songs still top the charts in the USA. Frank Sinatra’s favorite singer collaborated on three duet albums with today’s most celebrated artists, including Lady Gaga and Andrea Bocelli. With this program, Gábriel pays tribute to his role model, Tony Bennett, offering a refined musical experience for true connoisseurs.
Their lives share an intriguing parallel: beyond performing, both excelled in the fine arts. On this special evening, Gábriel will take the audience into a unique gallery, presenting a rich exhibition from Tony Bennett’s artistic legacy. His powerful voice, exceptional stage presence, and the synergy of his outstanding fellow musicians guarantee an evening of pure delight.
For this concert, the Farkas Gábriel Jazz Trio will be joined by a phenomenal guest guitarist.
