Junior Prima Award-winning jazz saxophonist Kálmán Oláh Jr. and his quintet invite the audience to the release concert of their new album, King’s Gambit.
The program of King’s Gambit is a noteworthy musical material in contemporary Hungarian jazz, featuring Kalman Olah Jr.'s own compositions and unique arrangements. The pieces performed at the concert combine the energetic momentum of modern jazz with a deep, thought-provoking musical perspective laced with classical music elements.
A special highlight of the evening is the guest appearance of the Liszt- and Erkel-Prize- winning jazz pianist, Kalman Oláh, who performs as the band's guest, thereby enhancing the prestige and uniqueness of the album release.
