Lilla Orbay is one of the most outstanding figures of the young jazz generation, showcasing her musicality not only as a vocalist but also as a composer and bandleader. Besides her singing, her piano playing is also distinctive, with her compositions often highlighted by the contrast between airy, light melodies and boundless improvisation.
