World Stars at Budapest Jazz Club: SCOTT KINSEY GROUP w/ Borlai Gergő & Hadrien Feraud & Mer Sal & Max Light

Scott Kinsey, legendary keyboardist of Tribal Tech and one of the leading figures of fusion jazz, returns to the Budapest Jazz Club with an outstanding five-piece band. The concert features music from his brand-new album Thought Distortions, alongside selected compositions by Joe Zawinul, combining the distinctive sounds of electronic jazz with powerful grooves and adventurous improvisations.

Kinsey, who also worked closely with Zawinul as a producer, is joined by four exceptional musicians: guitarist Max Light, known for his versatility on the New York jazz scene; virtuoso bassist Hadrien Feraud, whose credits include John McLaughlin, Chick Corea and Hiromi; internationally acclaimed Hungarian drummer Gergő Borlai; and American singer-songwriter Mer Sal, whose soulful voice blends jazz, funk and soul. Together, these remarkable artists promise an electrifying evening of musical creativity, technical brilliance and extraordinary interplay.
