Tilia
The Tilia band was founded by Róza Hárs in 2022 with the aim of bringing her songs to life in a full band setting. The majority of the band’s repertoire consists of original compositions. The songs are primarily rooted in the language of jazz. Lyrics play an important role, often reflecting—sometimes with a touch of irony—the influences that have shaped the songwriter, in both Hungarian and English. The band has successfully performed at several festivals in Hungary, including the Valley of Arts and the Veszprém Rosé and Riesling Jazz Days. They have also appeared internationally, performing in Croatia at the JazzHR Festival and in England at the Góbé Festival in Manchester.
