ALERANT Jazz Night

This band is a summer cocktail, consisting of four elements, four outstanding jazz musicians, who will definetely appear on our stage more often!

The band plays the songs of Jimi Hendrix spiced with unique jazz mentality. The special guest of the night is Ric Toldon (USA).

Rákfogó band operated between 1972-74. Not a long time, but the band has had a huge effect on the Hungarian jazz scene.

The leader of the project, Balázs Bágyi, is the head of the Hungarian Jazz Federation.

Péter Sárik is one of the most recognized Hungarian jazz musicians. He has founded his trio in 2013.

For the first time, Margit Bangó, a world-famous gypsy and Hungarian singer, will give a concert with the band Swing á la Django at the Budapest Jazz Club.

Studio 11 big band regularly performs with well-known guest soloists.

On this night the instrumentation of the band leader will give new meaning to the classics of Michel Legrand.

Solati band combines the characteristics of jazz with Hip-Hop, Neo Soul, and R'n'B. The music is written by pianist Tzumo Árpád, and the author of the lyrics is Kriszta Pocsai, who makes the music whole with her brilliant voice.

Hajdu Klára, an outstanding Hungarian jazz vocalist, has been chosen songstress of the year by the readers of Hungarian jazz blog jazzma.hu.

The music of the band is based on the works of famous jazz musicians, spiced with their own similar, but a bit more modern songs. On this night, the popular vocalist, Pély Barna will join the formation.
