ALERANT Jazz Night

At Gábor Benda’s pianist and composer performance evening, an interdisciplinary production will transform prose, music, and painting into an exciting unity on stage.

Authentic bossa nova vibes from Brasil, intimate, light tunes with traditional bossa rhythm.

The music of Gyémánt Bálint is loved by all audiences, from contemporary improvisation enthusiasts to pop fans.

In addition to the usual soul-funky repertoire, the concert will also feature Smokin' Chimney's new album, Central Vibes. This time, the seven-member team will be supplemented by the participation of Jammal, thus enhancing the atmosphere of the evening.

Fábió Fehér studied at the Egressy Béni Art School, then gained admission to the Snétberger Center. He became the winner of the 2024 Babos Guitar Competition.

Nikoletta Szőke is a recent Péter Máté award winner, winner of the Montreux jazz singing competition, and one of the country's most popular jazz performers.

His goal is to showcase his compositions and artistic endeavors, both as a performer and composer, in prestigious venues at home and abroad, thereby positioning the new generation of Hungarian jazz on the international music scene.

Gereben Zita’s velvety voice and personal onstage presence ensure an unforgettable evening. 

The group started working professionally in 1990, and  has  been  recognised  from  the  beginning by audience and critics alike as one of the best young European mainstream jazz trio.

The band leader and members demonstrate meticulous elaboration in the composition and orchestration of their pieces, characterized by a cohesive emotional and atmospheric charge.

Zsigmond Gerlóczy is a remarkable and wildly creative pianist. In his playing I hear sophistication and irreverence, technical wizardry and poetic depth, and more than anything an abundance of joyous feeling.

Orbay Lilla is one of the most outstanding personalities in the young jazz generation, utilizing her musicality not only as a vocalist but also as a composer and bandleader.
